Dim projector w HIDs

Hey all.
I just installed 06-09 projector headlights on my 05 with a 4300k HID kit. The problem is the beam pattern is HORRIBLE. When the bulb is out of the headlight it seems brighter than the sun but a soon as it goes back in its almost like turning a black light on. I also checked the voltage, its spot on at 12.4v. Ive also adjusted the lamps up down and side to side. No luck. Ill post a few pics tomorrow. Any suggestions? Can the actual projector be focused? The kit is from HIDkits.net if that helps. At this point I completely regret getting into this project. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are the projectors OEM or "oem-like"? HUGE difference!

dude can you post the exact projector type (eg Lexus IFS, Acura TSX), pictures of the headlight assembly and pictures of the beam pattern.

Use imageshack to upload pictures, copy and paste from the 'forums' field after the upload OR just use T4R's attachments feature.
