I've recently installed a new Kenwood XXV-01D headunit to replace the old Pioneer HU (came in the car when I bought it) in my first gen. Got everything hooked up correctly, except that I don't know which wire I should connect the dimmer control on my new HU to.
There are eight wires that hooked up to the OEM Radio (the first two are the only ones connecting to my HU right now):
One of the last six wires has to be the one that tells the radio to dim when the headlights go on; I perfer not to play guessing games to try to figure out which is the right one.

- White (ACC wire)
- Green (?)
- White w/Black stripe (?)
- Pink (?)
- Light Green (?)
- Light Blue (?)
- Purple (?)
