Directions for removing rear panel? also.. Amp suggestions?

I'm looking to see how big (physical size) an amp that I can mount inside of the rear passenger's side panel, above the wheel well. Is there a thread/writeup on removing those panels? I tried searching but came up with limited info...

Any ideas for what mono or 2 channel amp I could put back there?

My specs:
Needs to fit in that area mentioned above.
relatively inexpensive ($200 or under... ebay, etc)
200Watts min, 500max
It'll be pushing a single 10" sub.... not sure which one yet, but probably a JL 10W0.

Forget that first question.... just found Castalucci's page on it. OMG that's a TON of work/time just to remove that panel!!!!

I'm still open to suggestions on that second topic, thanks.
