Dirt King UCA's Installed now Rubbing on Sway Bar

Last week I swapped out the OEM UCAs for Dirt Kings after installing 3" coil springs in the front and 1.5" in the rear. Took it for an alignment and now I'm rubbing the front sway bars at full lock.

Running General Grabber AT/X 285's and have never had even the slightest rub prior to the UCA swap.

Any ideas on how to remedy the situaiton?

Don't want to switch out the UCAs again, was a bit of a pain and almost 5 hours of work.

I'm guessing you probably didn't install the sway bar relocation spacers when you did your lift. If you insist on keeping the bar installed, that would be the first thing to do. Should look like this if they spacers were installed

With that much lift your caster should be up around 4. Are you rubbing on the body mount too?

No body mount rub. I got the firestone lifetime alignment is there a suggestion I can give the tech if I were to bring it back?

More caster will move the wheel towards the front end. If you're not rubbing on the body mount then don't change it. I'm just surprised to hear it's not an issue with a 3" lift

LOL, I actually thought you were kidding until I did more research and am now considering removing it.

If I decide to do the relocate kit, is there one you would recommend?

I took both front and rear off years ago and I've never looked back. There is more body roll without them for sure, but you get used to it.

Your lift should have come with the spacer blocks, but if not, they're basically all the same. It's just a piece of aluminum with a couple bolt holes.

RRW wheels will likely have a negative off set, moving the wheels out which should help with the sway bar rub. If you can go higher on caster that helps as well. like others posted a sway bar relocation bracket.
