Disable anti theft system

I want to disable the anti theft system when I am in long term parking. Thinking I could remove a fuse. All Data couldn't help me said to ask Toyota whether its a good idea or not. 1999 4run limited 4x4.

What I want to know if the logic in this. Please explain.

The thought being that alarms are always being set off by wind or bumping into them in parking lots and they are ignored anyway and annoying. I will be parked at a park and ride and don't want the battery going dead on my return or some one disabling it with a ball bat or worse.
