disable NAV lock-out

I just stumbled across this and wanted to share it for those who haven't seen it. This will allow you to enter destinations on your NAV while the vehicle is in motion. Comes in VERY handy when travelling with a passenger...you won't need to pull over to the side of the road to look anything up.

Bonus Feature

Another nice feature that you gain when you disable the nav lockout is the RDS radio information continues, even if your truck begins moving. The radio will continue to show the RDS broadcast information instead of stopping when you move. Just don't get distracted by the RDS text and run off the road.

Yes! Same goes for call id when you use your phone with bluetooth. It will continue to display the phone number of incoming calls while driving.

it does work on the '06!! i think i had to do the upperleft/lowerleft sequence 3 times though...COOL
