Well as alot of u guys know, i made a huge purchase in Feb. for several items to be added onto the 4runner... well everything has arrived except for my rock sliders. I ordered the 67" sliders without the kickout since they were the cheapest i found online and the site had good reviews from members on several forums.
I made the purchase and was sent an email that my money had been received and i didnt receive any updates what so ever for a week so i got in contact with them and they ensured me that they would get an ET and let me know or refund my money. A week later they told me that they have stopped production on the sliders and that it was Saturday so he could not get any updates on my product through TrailGear though he ensured me a week before that he was going to ask a week ago. As of now, the guy has yet to respond to any of my emails and has still not given me any update or feedback on my purchase... I think im going to try to cancel my order and wait til i can order from another company.
Everyone please call ahead of time if u plan to purchase something from this company to make sure they have not stopped production of the item they clearly state is still being made to sell on their website.
