I order Toyota EBC Brake Disc Part #: E35GD7238 and Part #: E35GD7161 for my 2004 Limited 4x4. The EBC Disc is larger then the OEM when I compare the two. Anyone knows the specific Radius size for the disc?

I also recently had to replace the front rotors on my 4runner (2003). When I was asked what was the wheel size, I told the parts guy 17".
Well, I ended up with the wrong rotors. They were the sport version, large rotor. You will probably have to order the 16" rotor if your vehicle was NOT a Sport version.
So I got the 16" version and they were the right size.

I recently obtained OEM rotors for my '05 SR5 (w/17" wheels):
RR 42431-60201
FR 43512-35321
If you measure the FR rotor radius from the hub step out to the outer most diameter you should have 167mm. [The RR is about 145mm - I forget the exact number.] I did this with Partznet over the phone to get the correct FR rotor for my truck as they've had confusion with a slightly larger disc they also have in stock. They said there have been problems with people getting the larger size by mistake. Maybe this is the larger rotor for the Sport model.
You can take a flexible 6" steel scale and get onto the rotor and measure this dimension with the wheel on. I'd like to know what the Sport model measures. The larger rotor is 17x mm.

Why would toyota provide a smaller disc for Limited when it comes with 17 inch rims? Wouldn't that compromise the braking on the limited with Bigger rim size?
