DIY Rear Bumper Jimmy Style(with the wheel?)

Hey, I was wondering if their is a DIY or a Bumper mod to replicate Jimmy Style bumper? With the wheel near the window, wich is way way more accessible... I know a few people here run those but I am looking for more info on these. Thank You
