Diy steel bumper for 06 4runner

Im looking online for any blue prints with measurements to get some steel and get it cut. Or a file with the sizes already set in the file to give to a shop so they can go ahead and cut the steel for me. But cant find anything online. I used the search on this site couldnt find anything solid.

So im reaching out to anyone whose will to design me a steel bumper to take in an account that i have a 3" lift. I want a steel bumper with the single hoop in the front and cut outs for 2 cube LED foglights on each side. Also I am asking for a design for a 06 4runner because i will be doing the front grill conversion along with the headlights. Im not going to hack my grill up.

So if anyone has any leads or info to who has a file for this or someone that can design me one that would be great. Just nothing that is too bulky looking in design

Just curious, theoretically how much do you think you would pay for some files you could hand to a fab shop to get cut on their table and bent on their equipment?

I have the potential to create such files but it would require some work on my end and I am lazy.

It would need to be enough to be worth it for me obviously, but not too much that everybody just emails copies of the files to eachother instead of buying from me.

Material costs will probably be $150-$200, plus labor for the fab shop, welding costs, paint/powdercoat. So maybe $100-$150 for the files sounds reasonable?

I mean considering the price of a prefabbed one it's about 900-1500. And if a file cost me around 100-150 and material 150-200 bux I think it might be worth the cost. And honestly i dont know what kind of price one puts on designs. But I'd like to have a dxf file and a pdf with measurements and specified angles that differ pieces has to be welded at with some instructions if possible and list of materials need.

I saw this kit but I didn't want a bumper with the circle cut outs for fog lights. Want something with a square quad flight cut out. If all my attempts are exhausted I might go this route

You can always get the option for no cut outs and take it to a local fab shop and have them cut out what you want. Just another option in case all else doesn't work out.

well as things are looking i might have to get this one due to no responses from anyone on a design or finding a used one on craigslist or on here for a decent price.

Do you have a plasma cutter, if so just build one out of cardbord and then transfer them to metal, that way you can see the desing on the truck beforehand

I really like the design of this bumper in the RF page of this bumper and how the quad lights are positioned. Are you able to build me a DIY kit that can be made similar to this? where side pieces are angled all the way around to the tail piece that lines up with the fender line? if that makes sense?
