Do i have a limited slip?

im trying to change my front and rear diff... and when i was at autozone today they asked if i had a limited slip.. and i said no... they said if i do i should by a additive to the 80w-90 gear lube so it doesnt mess thing up.. how do you know if there is a limited slip have no idea what it is


also can someone please confirm the gear oil i use to do this it driving me crazy all the auto places are telling me different


front 75w-90
transfer 75w-90
rear- 80w-90

You don't have limited slip unless it's aftermarket. The weights you listed are correct I believe but you can just put 75W90 in everything.

They use just normal gear oil. I have 75W90 in my limited slip.
