However, when i reviewed with them what my OM's said, it came out to $100!:bash: I am sure that the 4runner's 30K service is a bit more than Corolla given it's 4wd system, but it should be far less than $500! Just show them your Maintenance Schedule Book and ask them to do what is in there...nothing more, nothing less. My bet is that it would come out to about $200-250.

You should do the 30K yourself. It's easy and you'll save a lot of money. Even if you don't own ANY tools, you can buy all the tools and come out ahead, plus have tools for all future jobs. I used this website to help me when I did mine:

If you don't tow, you don't need to change any of the "additional items". I did for mine since I do tow a boat. If you don't tow then the trickest part will be changing out the spark plugs.
Took me about a hour to change the plugs (mostly because the driver side ones are harder to get to than the passenger side.
Took about 30 minutes to change the coolant (I bought both the coolant and plugs from a toyota dealership, but you can order them online probably and save)
Changing the oil took like 10 minutes. (oil filter is so easy to get to on my 04 runner). I also installed a fumitomo valve to make future changes even easier (http://www.quickoildrainvalve.com/)
If you feel the job is too much for you, I'd recommend having a local shop (that you trust) change the coolant and your plugs). Change the oil yourself. It's worth learning how to do since it's easy and you'll know the job is done right.

That webiste is for people who offroad a lot so it might be overkill.
Personally, I think the coolant will be fine for much longer than 30k. I just changed mine since it's really easy and I tow a boat every weekend. There is a little valve you open to drain and then you just fill it up. Run the engine while it's draining and keep it full while it's running. A few minutes later, you're all done.

Falls has a v8 so no spark plug change.
I would do what Thai says. Unless its still uber-expensive I think its worth it simply for the peace of mind that everything was inspected (on paper at least) and changed out and what not.

Well I'll rotate my own tires since I can get that done for free and I'm going to switch them from whites out to black wall out. Since the tire shop I bought them from has a lifetime free rotate and balance he said he would charge me $20 (total)to switch them to blacks out. I think it would look better that way.
Anyway I have had issues in the past that my records were not on "paper" at the dealership and it has bit me in the but for a warranty job. On the same hand when I had my Tahoe and it showed I had all my service there they ended up covering a few things that were already not covered under warranty. kind of a catch 22 i guess.
What do you think about swapping my white letters from out to in. Its seem to make it look like a bigger tire without the white letters breaking up the sidewall of the tire , beside the fact its not really trendy right now and I dont have to mess with keeping the letters looking clean. I Will not have the dealer do this , it will be done at the tire shop for $20.

I cant seem to find any maintenance manuals for the 2006 4runner, does anyone have any links hey can provide? I would rather not spend $500 for a oil change, cabin filter change and spark plugs, but would love to have a service manual to ensure i am doing everything correctly.

spark plugs
Just finished my plugs in about an hour. They were very easy to get to on the V6, my hands anf fingers have zero cuts and scrapes.
My NGK's seemed to look alot more worn than the DENSO's. I put all Denso's back in this time.
