DO NOT BUY FROM USER: acekogyo on EBAY.

I wasn't sure where to post this (mods, feel free to move it) but I wanted to warn everybody not to buy anything from acekogyo (he has a store) on Ebay. I'm going through a horrible transaction with them; I really don't know how they are still in "business". I'm having nothing but problems.

Their customer service is rude and barely speaks English. They sound like they are falling asleep while they're speaking...(I have spoke to 3 already). They managed to send me the completely wrong item, and it took forever to get here. They sent me no updates or confirmations about the item's delivery/payment. They're now lying while I'm trying to make the issue right and get a refund. I contacted them the day I got the wrong item both via email and phone. They claim I never did and a whole bunch of other stuff I won't get into right now.

I filed a claim with Ebay but I don't know how that will go.

Save yourself (and your money) a big hassle and do not deal with these morons.

Please spread the word if possible.

File a reversal on PayPal. I would do it asap. That process takes awhile in itself....

Ebay is really slipping. It takes a great deal of effort to get them to enforce their own rules and regulations. All that stuff about "this is a legally binding contract" is horse****. I've had so many people skip out on paying me and sellers that took forever to ship and bad descriptions of products and Ebay has never once helped me. Their policy is to wait to see if you'll give up on your complaint. They won't step in unless you persist for several months and dozens of phone calls. If you're the seller that never got paid, they will never help you period.

I agree about ebay. I have been burned once as a buyer and learned that their so called "protection" is malarkey.

that sucks man, file it with paypal and hope for the best. i googled them and i know some of the results were from you but there are others having a hard time with these guys. are you on the ls1.com board btw?
