I believe that Shrockworks makes a pair that look like that and have similar plating

Don't know what the measurements are but they're c4 sliders. I checked their site and couldn't find them for 3rd gen, they're only available for 03-09 4runners but they Are legit sliders

I can recognize those for a mile away. Those are 4th Gen Rock Slides (NON XREAS). Unfortunately they don't make sliders for a 3rd Gen.

I first saw these on [MENTION=116387]Unner[/MENTION] rig and I like how they are flat and not angled.
Here are my shrockwork sliders right after installation:

Yup, your's look just like mine. I like the filler plates because they keep the heavy mud off the paint. It still get's dirty, but it would be a lot worse than this without the plates.

I just went on their site and their sliders look like they have the angle on the pics... do I have to call and ask for a special order?

I'm a mall crawler and I like it that way. I don't play around in rocks like you do (i've seen your build thread, nice rig). Too poor to destroy my only vehicle. Sorry to disappoint.

when you go on the site and choose, "Dimpled Tread Plates (+$89.00)" I believe these flat type sliders are what's going to get made. If you're serious about getting a set, pick up the phone and talk to someone there.

Haha Makes sense. If it works for what you use your rig for, then sounds like a good idea. I always see guys on the trail with sliders being flat and never understood why they do that if they actually use them offroad.

I ordered mine in between "high & tight" & "flat" to be used as a step & protect from the rocks. I think it's a 20* angle.

I made mine and I did the exact opposite of high and tight.
They are flat and are 2in longer in the rear than the front. Like a kick out.
I’ve used them in the rocks a lot and have no complaints. They have actually saved me from body damage a few times, cause I was doing things I probably should have been doing.
I know for a fact that the Shrockworks sliders with the dimpled tread plates get made flat. The non-tread plate version are angled up. I researched and asked this question before I bought sliders for daughter's 3rd gen 4runner (we wanted the angled up version).
There is a thread over at Tacoma World where they are trying to get enough people to do a Shrockworks group buy (20+). There are some 4Runner folks that missed the last Shrockworks Group Buy who have expressed interest.

Note...the Shrockworks slider installation on 3rd gen will require drilling. Here are my comments on my installation.
