I dont believe they will, and even if you find a set of premade 4runner china projector headlights.. the performance will be horse shit. Just letting you know.

Won't fit a 4Runner, but a guy at my school has them on his taco and they look awesome! Not sure about the output though.

Yeah looks like the side of the headlight that butts up against the grille (and the Taco grille for that matter) slant "inward" as you go from top to bottom, where our 4rs slant "outward." Bummer, only viable option still is retrofit.
Maybe if you swapped in the Taco grille as well you could make these lights work (at least the corner lights look similar) but there may be more body work needed and in the end it'll cost the same as a retrofit.
