Do you need an alignment after a diff drop?

So I installed my suspension lift and had my car aligned. Then today I installed the Toytec 1" diff drop b/c my CV boots were leaking a little( passenger side only actually). I notice after the install that it seems like it almost gives you one inch of lift in the front.
Does this mean that my alignment needs to be recalibrated?
