does a 89 bellhousing fit a 95?

i have a 95 v6 automatic 4runner with a cracked bell housing. this guy on craigslist is selling a bell housing off a 89 toyota v6 he says it will fit. to my understanding the v6 bell housings dont really change through the years. i really need to get this truck back on the road so any input would be appreciated

There is only one 3.0 and 1 auto for it, so yes.
