89661-3D321,or 3D320 Those are easy since they pull up in the part number search at online US dealers.

89661-3D270 Is a bit more difficult because most of the websites that pull up are not in english, and that is the only language that I read/write/speak.

Since you are in Taiwan, i'm guessing your 4Runner/Hilux isn't originally from the states, which would be why they are different. As to the actual differences, it could be just the tune. Very often different countries get different fuel content so slight tweaks to the tune are needed. It could also be a lack of certain emissions equipment on your truck that the US vehicles needed to be legal. I don't know enough about "JDM" 5VZFE to know what changes were made to the US versions. For example there were other Toyota engines from around the same area that would have no EGR on the JDM, EGR on 49 state USDM, and EGR with temp sensor for CA USDM. All three required different ECUs.

You could probably try a US spec ECU, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a check engine light or a slight loss in power.
