Does anyone know the specs on this 4Runner's suspension?

Does anyone know the specs on the suspension lift and tire size? I found this pic on the internet a year or two ago but can't seem to find the owner.

looks like he/she stuffed a pair of 33" in without lift, or maybe with a small body or suspension lift, but not much.

I thought that too, but the tires just seem to wide to be a 33" tire without some sort of lift. I love the appearance b/c it doesn't seem overdone...almost could pass as some sort of OEM stock upgrade if it were to have exist.

I would guess that those are a 32 x 12.5. I just installed a set of 33 x 10.5 on my stock 95 and they are narrower and a little taller than those. Ive read that the 32 x 12.5 fit with no to minimal rubbing on an unlifted runner. I know for a fact that the 33 x 10.5 BFG AT work very well with no rubbing. They are close, but no rubbing. Im adding some pics soon if you want to see.
