Does this look like a good deal? 04 Limited 4X4 96k $12k

I have been looking for a used 4Runner and came across this today at a local dealer. I would like your input. Seems like a good deal to me.

If the interior is in nice shape, it looks like a decent buy to me compared to what I've seen lately. Seems the 4th gens have somewhat bottomed out, as I paid about this for a similarly equipped model a few years back with similar mileage. Lately I've seen what appears to be people asking more than they're worth, but this doesn't seem too bad if it's clean.

Looks pretty good to me. I wouldn't find a 4Runner with those miles in CA for that price. Make sure it is mechanically sound and find out if the timing belt has been changed. If it hasn't been changed it is due.

The carfax shows dealer maint but I bet you that the timing belt/water pump has not been done and that's $800 in my area. I am still thinking of holding out for an '06 V6 for around $3k more and less miles as gas mileage is important to me. I had the same V8 in my Sequoia and it was bullet proof but a gas hog.

Odd the only interior pictures are of the dash. What shape are the seats in? Leather in the hot Texas sun for 10 years may not be in the best condition.

Good eye! I had to go back and look really closely to see em. Definitely cut a few $$ off the price with that!
