does this truck have too many problems to buy?

I need some advice looking at a 2003 4runner sr5 with about 75k miles on it selling for 11k... After the lady who had it traded it in they did the following repairs: new brakes, new rotars, new front calipers and repaired a "vacuum leak"--the man said not to worry and its "just part of emissons"... my Google-ing of this issue makes me think it's a bigger deal than that. Do you think this car is a lemon? A bad deal? I would definitely bring it to the mechanic first before buying but just want to see what you guys think!!

It's really hard to say. Have you done any research to find out what the common problems with the 4th gen Runners are ?
