pulled the tranny dipstick to check fluid last night before our trip today and what a ***** to get back in. So does everyones look like this mine looks mangeled <--sp

Yeah, definitely mangled. Mine has a curve to it, but someone forced yours down in there and twisted it up.

i had to force it back in. I called the dealer for a new one but they have to order it and im leaving for road trip today so i guess ill pick it up when i get back

I wouldn't worry about it for the trip. Maybe you can bend it back kinda straight in the meantime.
