Dog damage to door panel

So we took the pup on her first long road trip and she was great...save for taking a bite out of the top portion of the rear passenger door panel. I have a nice 3 inch hole now that makes me want to throw up in my mouth every time I look at it. I'd like to avoid replacing the panel for now. Is there anywhere that sells a patch that will match the colour (brown/tan)?

I don't think so, dude...

I'd suggest going to a junkyard to find a matching one. They're not hard to replace at all.

I had a bunch of extra door panels/cargo panels that I would have happily sent to you, but I threw them all out.
