Dome Light w/ rear audio controls

I have a 2003 4runner limited and have a question on a part number. It is the dome light w/ rear audio controls that is in the middle. I have looked everywhere and cannot find the part number. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

WOW $500+ JEEZ!!!

The light connection seems to be not working i tried cleaning it but the light wont turn on. I know its not the light bulb since i tested the bulb. DAMN

I guess ill just leave it alone. THANKS for going through the trouble. Much appreciated!
