New member here and looking for a reputable dealer near Newnan GA, i have tried Toyota Of Newnan 3 times with my old 96 for alignment and they took forever so that was strike 1, i then took my 04 4runner there and they hacked my pedal for the recall when i asked them not to, took it back and they replaced with factory smaller pedal, also asked them to grease my zerk fittings and retorque propeller shaft, they forgot that as well-strike 2, then my wife took her 12 corolla in for 15,000 mile service, she made an 11:00 appt, service guy told her they were slammed and couldnt rotate tires and check everything in an hour, she then asked why when she made an appt, so he went out looked at her tires and said they were fine, wrote up paperwork as if they did the service and sent her on her way, when i found out i called service manager and he fired the guy-strike 3, then told her to come back the next day and he would get it taken care of, they did rotate the tires and forgot to put a lug nut on and she is taking it back today to have them replace the lug nut and retorque all others. strike 4... needless to say i'm done with them... I have used Lagrange toyota in the past but just curious if any of you know of another dealer around here to use?
