Door Speaker Cover?

I had a quick question. I have some gunk on my passenger door speaker cover and want to clean it. Is there a way to take it off or would I have to take the entire door panel off? I tried to search but couldn't find anything.

Dried blood and stuff is hard to get out of the interior of these trucks. So many nooks and crannies. Easier to remove the door panel and use lots if water.
