Doors won't unlock remotely!!!

Got an 05 Sport with a Viper alarm/keyless entry/remote start. Suddenly the doors will not unlock remotely. No problem locking. Any ideas? Simple fix?

Sounds like a wire came loose from Viper installation? Or the control unit for it is bad. Take it back to the installers - bet they simply crimped on those vampire connectors vice solder and shrink tubing.

Thanks for the advice. I had the install done at Circuit City. I've since learned that the installers there are a bunch of hacks. There's another guy that does quality work locally. I think I'll take it over to him to fix. I have a few goodies I need installed anyway.

Since he does quality work and since the big box stores seem to be that bad, then he may already know what to look for.
