Double decker cargo shelf removal

sorry if this is a repost but I couldn't find anything about removing the double decker shelf. how do you remove it? I ask because I plan on making a box with drawers for the cargo area and want the shelf out of there so it fits better. thanks in advance for the help.

thank you very much. I knew I had to take out the bolts where the tie down hooks were at but couldn't figure out how to get that piece out. that will make my shelving unit more flush with everything. thanks again!

Can someone please posts pictures of the bolts that can remove the shelf? I need to take my out and clean it. Thanks.

For some reason many older posts got truncated during a software upgrade.


I don't have pics but it's just two bolts, 10mm socket, that hold in the cargo hooks. That secures the whole thing.
