Current eta for 03-04 & 05-09 is 4/8/16 per current production schedule. Those that want a set this time around, order soon. After this 2nd batch is gone, it's gonna be 6+ weeks.

There is plenty of info on here with a lot of great feedback on these headers in the other threads. 30+ HP, and 30+ ft lbs of torque gains and much better mileage, and sounds incredible are the benefits.

The factory headers will basically self destruct at about 100,000 miles. The manifold will crack and you will get a ticking sound. Toyota chargers $1,500 for the factory headers, and these are half the cost and have a Lifetime Warranty.

Hi Guys: I'm thinking of ordering these headers from Jason this week for my 2006 V8 with passenger side cracked manifold.

Curious if anyone has completed the install and posted pics here? Also, I was thinking of maybe just replacing the entire exhaust system. Would be great if someone has a complete parts list and any photos.

There are quite a few install photos and some of the other threads on this topic. Actually lots of detailed install photos. I can also sell you an exhaust for a very reasonable price that will really open things up and give big gains.

Please elaborate on this subject. Price? Is the full exhaust much louder? I'd like the gains but I don't want to be rude to the neighbors when I come home from the bar haha[emoji482]

Actually exhaust will be quieter and smoother with the headers. Also, Gibson is on the quieter side to begin with.
