Doug Thorley shorty header install

I’m not sure if the is the right place to post this, but does anyone have a set of Orem headers they don’t want anymore (cracked, bad cats etc) they would want to donate or let me borrow so I can jig up my headers for install?

I’m in the SoCal area, namely north county San Diego. If you help me out , I promise to pay it forward. I am currently planning on building a jig for down pipes instead of welding the stock cats. Let me know.

OP, I'd change the title of your thread man. This has less than nothing to do with DT headers or an install of any kind.

Anywho, go to a junkyard and pull a set off a wrecked 4th gen. OR go land a set of cheap exhaust manifold gaskets to base a jig off of.

Bump. Finally have time again.

My doug thorley shorties are still sitting in a box.

As you know, the shorties come I complete. You either need to weld on a straight pipe or cat and add a flange to meet the y pipe.

I need some stock manifolds to build a jig. I would like to have the DT finished before pulling my stock manifolds.
