Where is the best place to start looking to buy these coils? And what is the overall opinion of using them to correct the infamous sag of 2nd gens? I think they lift it 2.5 inches from the sagged height.

Downey went out of business a couple years ago. So you would have to find them used.

Id look into Old Man Emu Coils or LC coils. Search around a bit.

thanks for the replies. No wonder I couldn't find anywhere to get them. I will look into OME. I haven't read anything bad on here or other forums. Thanks again.

I have The ome rear spring with skyjacker shocks and it rides awesome. I opted for the regular springs since I don't tow or haul heavy loads. On my car the rear sits higher than the front and I also got a set of bj spacers, I haven't installed them yet but it will even it out.

I've been looking around for springs that give about the same amount of lift as the Downeys (1.5" over stock height - visually levels the rear to the front), but I can't find anything. Moog makes some that ride at stock height, but the next ones after that are the OMEs and LC coils which are about 2-3" of lift. Is there anything in between? I don't particularly want to mess with cranking torsion bars, ball joint spacers, or panhard drops, and from what I've read, these are all at least recommended, if not required, for the OMEs and LC coils.
