downsize front rotors for 16s?

hell i cant find any wheels i like in 17s or larger.. i really like the american racing wheel 16x8 ar23 like jsurf
has on his sr5.. but my problem is ive got a 05 sport edition 4runner with the larger front brakes..
i dont need a lift do i?
so what would it take to get 16s on the front? just the smaller rotor or do i need other parts? anyone wanna trade front brakes?
the rears should fit right on right? do ya know if these 16x8 ar23 265 75 16 revos will fit without any rubbing?
is this possible? im wondering how much for parts..
any response is appreciated..
by the way i already have the spidertraxx spacers 1.25 and they look perfect.. i had the marlin crawlers 1.5 but took em off cause they wobbled too much.. and they are not like the spidertraxx that have the hole to line them up perfectly... but the spidertraxx still wobble a bit SOMETIMES at 62 MPH not always.. i read its some valve that cant keep up with the fluid or somthin...

if the rotors, or brakes or whatever are a simple swap i would be interested in swapping, i have the sr5 smaller brakes. provided you lived near me, or were willing to ship me the brakes first (cant have downtime on the car).

I dont know why you would even think of downsizing brakes!!!!!

If you plan on any lift or bigger tires your gonna need better brakes thenyou got already.

IF you are very commited trade some1 and have them add money or do the labor. So you can have some money to upgrade your rotors, pads and brake lines. I am pretty sure the spindles are the same and a simple rotor and caliper swap would be okay. Or you trade complete spindles???? I seen people do weird things all the time.
