I don't think you read the rest of the thread or the other accounts. Do you hear water dripping behind you when traveling at 65 MPH? I've never heard anything in all my years of driving until this 4Runner. I've owned 4 previous 4Runners as well.

1-5th gens are all almost completely different designs. I really don't know see how a whataboutism is helping your argument.
None of you have mold/mildew issues. It's not a leak it's water draining off the truck through the b pillar (most likely). Our trucks seem to have d*ck all worth a f c k for sound deadening. I'm assuming since this is an "issue" for you so is road noise. Strip your interior lay down dynamat and call it day.
