drive line vibration question

Falls

I have noticed that my complete drive line seem to vibrate excessively upon heavy acceleration , kicking into passing gears , 2000 rpm's and above seems to get quite bad at times and it's loud .

Has this been an issue for any of you ?

I have an 11 TE with 2,000 miles . I did switch to FS AT's , but it did it with stock tires and since new also . So I doubt the tires are an issue.

Thoughts and suggestions please .

Dealer. Hopefully take the SM for a ride in yours and one in stock. Unless the dealer's remarkable, he's going to blame it on the tires.

Had you reported it before the tires?

You done any other mods?

EDIT: Have you checked your nuts? (lug)

Mine is rock solid, both on the stock and the Duratracs. Like Philsey said, take the service manger for a ride and let him behind the wheel. There has been a report or two of some front differentials being replaced, but I don't have a specific thread to link.

Check out this thread http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/71464-driveline-vibration.html my dealer(s) cannot figure it out. I hope your problem is resolved without going through what I have. I love the truck, but cannot wait to get rid of this POS!!!! I chalk it up to piss poor dealers not being able to solve a very isolated problem...

Thanks guys . I keep everyone up to date on what they say.

thanks for the link Kevin .

Mike~

You're definitely not having the same problem I had when I had my front diff replaced. My vibration was more of a thumping noise and it only occurred when driving around 25 MPH. It never made the noise when accelerating or driving at faster speeds, so it sounds like you have a different issue.
