About 8 months after I bought my truck it started to get a slight pull to one side that would disappear every other tire rotation. I figured it was a crap Dunflop tire wearing poorly since several alignments failed to fix the problem.
Well, after getting new tires and even more alignments, it still pulls. The dealer swapped the two front tires and the pull became equal and opposite in the other direction. What the hell? If it was the wheel, wouldn't it wobble too and not just pull?
There was one time that a tire went flat and I drove it 6 blocks to a tire shop on -almost- no air but I doubt that would have bent the rim and I didn't notice anything immediately after that happened.
Any ideas? It -seems- to be getting worse and it steers very sloppy. Almost like I'm driving on ice.
