I have a sound only in the first few seconds after I start the truck and put it in R to back out of the driveway in the morning. Just a little thumpa-thumpa-thumpa, barely audible over the exhaust. Funny thing is it makes the noise before I take my foot off the brake and start moving. Goes away right away, and I don't have (notice?) it any other time. Imaginary, or real? Truck is an 05 V8 SE 4WD. Any ideas?
