Driver side rattle

Hello fellow 4Runner dudes,

Has anyone experienced a rattle type sound underneath the dash on the driver side? I’ve got this rattle sound that sounds like it’s coming from my left foot area, close to parking brake. I’ve checked throughout the area and just can’t seem to find the problem. If anyone has any experience with this, would like to know

Mother of God….that was it! You’ve done just saved me. It was driving me crazy hearing the rattling noise. Thank you

I had a sub installed and they were the ones who touched the area of the rattling noise and automatically assumed it was something on their end. I even took it back to the stereo shop and they re checked everything and added extra padding around the wires. Didn’t fix the problem

I was just going to take it to Toyota. I’m only at 5k miles

But wow…I would like to apologize for not doing research on this since I assumed it was the stereo shops end. I was wrong

Those 2 clips on the driver side wheel well, took em off replaced them zip ties. Sound gone!
