Drivers door loose - moves in the wind

I am not sure how to describe this, but my drivers door is rather loose.

There does not feel like there are the "cam" type stops in a normal door.

Is there a spring that goes bad?

try adjusting the door catch inwards a little

Which one is the catch.
I see a Top Hinge, Black Bar and Bottom Hinge

Most likely your door check. (the black bar). It just gets worn out over time and use. To replace it you'll need to pull the interior trim panel off. Mine does the same thing but I just haven't gotten around to replacing it yet.
