I just bought a '92 v6 4x4 and I've found one thing wrong with it....so far. There is a drivetrain vibration most noticeable at 45-60 mph and even more so when there is little to no load on the drivetrain. I figured it was a u-joint but found all of them to be tight. I did find that the trans output yoke is able to wobble radially. I'm quite sure this is the problem as everything else is fine. Would this be a fairly inexpensive and easy fix? Maybe a new bearing set and/or yoke? I do all of my own repairs and upgrades (Supra is the other rig) so I can handle most work.
BTW, not a bad looking forum. I look forward to being at least a semi-active member here but the 'Runner is supposed to be the new DD so I can focus on the Supra....we'll see how that goes
