Driving/fog light on stock bumper?

I don't like how far the defiant light bar sticks out, and don't wanna spend that kinda coin just to install a set of lights. has anybody installed a set of driving/fog lights directly on top of the front bumper? I like the look of them installed there, but am worried they're gonna bounce like crazy. anybody have any experience to share?

I've been all through that thread. that looks good and all, but I mean drilling down through the top of the plastic bumper. has anybody done that?

dont drill in the bumper!
try what i did. its a reverse of momo.75's idea.

Don't notice too much bounce, but probably more than a light bar. But I'm going to be adding a Perkin's bumper shortly so won't matter.
