Dropped Threads. Whatvr Happened???

There are many threads that leave me wondering....What Happened? My burning one is the person from Africa who could not get her 4Runner to drive correctly.......there are others but that is my burning question.

Know what you mean. Curious to see how some people make out with the issues.

We can always find the thread and bump it for a reply by asking "What happened?"

I don't think this site is deleting them. My guess is, since the SEARCH does not work very well, the thread gets lost. Sometimes when I know a thread is there i go back manually to the date and look for it, but that really sucks.

Also, if the person starting the thread deletes the first post, the whole thread is gone.

My hope is, we can get the SEARCH fixed, so it can go all the way back and find threads.

I found the post a few days ago by manually going back through the threads - my bro's an ER doc and I felt really bad for her...those people suffer enough in med school and internships. I wish there was a way to find out what happened to her.

Maybe they still have old school gas with lead available in Africa and if that's what did her truck in.
