Dude. What is this thing called?

I've been having a hell of a time figuring out what this thing is called, much less if it has a part number and I can order it. Far as I can tell the old one evaporated and I'd prefer to not have to buy a brand new cargo cover.

The closest info I could find is this and I think they're talking about the recessed hook that installs into the interior wall.

Pics are of the piece I'm looking as it sits on the right side of the cargo cover, and the spot where it is missing on the left.
