Alright I'm making a thread where I can update my build for documentation purposes and for fun. I bought this truck because I used to have a 98 4runner and sadly flipped it. It was a manual 4x4 too, can't find one like it. More importantly it kept me safe and held it's value surprisingly well, I sold it the next day for 1k. Had to get it out of the driveway so took a loss. Then I bought and sold 2 subarus before coming back to the 4runner I loved. I decide to purchase a 3rd gen because a 4th gens climate controls piss me off. So I searched and found and amazingly clean 3rd gen who was owned by a lady for 160k miles. I'm now the 3rd owner of this truck at 200k miles for 4.2k. Only downfall to this truck is a slight oil leak. Possibly replacing the radiator soon.
Mods/fixes
Replaced shifter bushings (holy hell what a difference this made, if you haven't done this I highly recommend it)
Deck plate mod
Ngk spark plug wires and dual ground plugs
Weather tech mats
K&n drop in filter
Led fogs and head lamps
Painted emblems
Repainted grill
Bluetooth Sony stereo

Also would like to include pictures on the emblems and grill. I used black 202 duplicolor to color match the grill and used wheel paint believe the color was graphite for the emblems. Gives it a nice stock look but stands out to me

Added a borla pro xs muffler today. Model 40351 14 inch. Sounds good actually little disappointed it wasn't louder. Nice rumble with no drone.
