DVD player that plays +R and -R?

I'm looking to install a DVD player in the little cubby in the glove box and want to know if anyone knows of a player that will play both DVD +R/-R? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i'm pretty sure new dvd players would play it now. since back then, it couldn't playback any burn disc. if none of the brands work, buy a normal dvd player and put it under your seat. and power it up with a power supply inverter. :arrow:

The D1 doesn't play DVD's. It's a DVD Rom to use the NAVi map.

I thought about that but I want to make the change of movies easy. I don't want to have to pull over to swap out a movie on a long trip. I know the audio bahn will play -R. This is the model number.... AVDVD05N Anyone know anything about this unit goes in regards to quality? Thanks.

Right, but you could get the external DVD changer and then it will.

I understand that. That is what I wanted to do from the begining. I just want something small that will fit in the cubby hole so it is out of sight. And I also want it to play -R and +R
