The E Brake light comes on with hard acceleration. It goes off fairly quickly but I cannot figure out why it's on in the first place. Brake fluid level is fine. Pads etc are good too. I read in another thread about the floating brake fluid sensor. Is it possible that it misreads when under heavy acceleration and then properly indicates when fluid levels normalize?

Check your brake fluid level. It will also trigger the e-brake light. Make sure the cap is on all the way too.
Eh sorry didn't read that all the way. Do you have a float sensor (black disk at the top of the reservoir? If yes, make sure the fluid level is high enough that the two contact. If you have a side sensor, it should be obvious if fluid level is ok or not.
