HOA can't regulate what I do in my garage. I am just worried that my neighbors may not appreciate me doing repair work Iin my garage. Truck on jacks will wheels off is not a pretty site for everyone.

But it's in the confines of YOUR GARAGE!!!!

But again i still find an elocker superior. ARB's have a lot more maintenance and stuff that can fail. Air compressor, air lines and so forth. I know people that have lockers that dont activate on the trails because of these issues.

Air lockers are fairly solid, but after years of use they can require service, true. However, they engage much more quickly. Push button and you're locked. With an e-locker I would have to sometimes move a little before the locker would lock. Not the case with an air locker which can be very nice when you're in a tricky situation.

Why not find an axle from drum to drum in the same gear ratio? That's the easiest way to swap. That's what I did for my wife's 3rd gen.

not me, just ORS. I was really happy when they opened back up after succumbing to the poor ecomomy a few years ago. They make a spendy but nice conversion harness for e-locker retrofits

I have time to wrench on my own stuff with a wife and kid, but helping others? Only would have the time if wifey approved of it.
