E7019 in a 5th Gen

i was wondering if there is a direct plug in the toyota E7019 in our's sr5 5th generation without JBL

i'm want to make this upgrade if is possible

I really doubt it. But this is such a vague question and there is so little info out there that you can't be sure.

Honestly though, go another route.
