Easy way to get to the bulbs?

Behind the dash? Looks as though most of my lights behind the dash are dead plus the ones in the door are pretty dim. Is there an easy way to get to those bulbs?

I also have a button below the ECT Power button that I have no idea what it is because the lettering is gone. Anyone know what that button does? When I bought the truck there was no owners manual and I cant find one online.

Assuming this is a first generation.....Getting to those bulbs (I assume you mean behind the speedo, tach, etc), is super simple. Five phillips screws. Two under the hood of the cover panel. Two on the lower section, either side of the steering wheel. And one more on the left side of the cover. You'll need to open the door to get to that one. the cover will come right off. These screws are all black. Now there are four phillilps screws holding the guage package in. Grey if i remember right. Your gauge package will come out but not too far. You'll need to disconnect the speedo cable first. Feel around for a little clip and push it in. It'll disconnect easier than you think. Now there'll be three connections. Disconnect each of those, and the gauge package is now in your lap. Look at the bulbs and it'll be easy to see how they come out.

The fun of getting behind the speedo LOL I guess I should have been a little more specific on which area needed the bulbs. Its actually right behind where the levers are for the AC/Heater and such ... that entire section does not light up anymore.

Even easier in that case. Search through here. I found a few posts a while ago. Basically once you pull the knobs, use a flat head to pull the plate, and you'll have access. Simple job.
