I installed my AVN6600 but the previous owner had an ESN lock to it. I called Eclipse and they walked me through the process of unlocking it. After verifying that it wasnt a stolen radio and taking my $25 they gave me a unique code to unlock the unit.
When I unplugged the unit, it gave me the same ESN lock and I again had to go through the process of unlocking it with the code Eclipse provided me with. I dont want to sit for another hour with eclipse, so my question is, how do you deactivate the ESN lock so it doesnt keep asking me for the key disc when the power goes out.
