I was trying to get another set of keys to work w/ my 99 t4r limited which as an immobilizer transponder chip. I know you can buy 4c and program it, if you had the master, but I realized that my one and only black key I got isn't a master.
After researching hours here and there, I read somewhere that Toyota HQ will do a one-time ECM replacement.
Has anyone done it w/ in past 6 months? If so, do you have a phone number to the customer rep at Toyota HQ or a Socal dealer who I can call directly? I imagine most reps will have no idea what I want from them.
